Every component in the Size Zero range is exclusive which meant that Antler had to introduce new standards in testing including:
- Over stacking test: Stacking 120kg on top of the case for over 2 hours to simulate the case in an aircraft luggage with cases staked on top of it
- High Intensity Tumble: A fully loaded case weighing 30kgs tumbling down the equivalent of 12 flights of stairs
- Luggage handling system test: A fully loaded case was put through a rigorous simulated luggage handling system including a conveyor system, luggage trolleys and mishandling by luggage handlers.
